President - Carolyn Ybarra, Ph.D.
Dr. Ybarra earned a Ph.D. in cultural anthropology from Stanford University. She conducts research on family history as owner of Family Research Services. She has evaluated educational programs, worked on curriculum projects, and taught at universities and adult schools. Dr. Ybarra serves on the Board of Directors for B.O.K. Ranch and is involved in the National Fragile X Foundation.

Secretary - Diane Thompson
Diane Thompson has worked in Silicon Valley for many years. She serves on the disability commission for Santa Clara County. Ms. Thompson is the proud mother of a young man with special needs.

Treasurer - Shimon Avrahami, Co-Founder
A licensed California General Contractor, Mr. Avrahami is owner of Shami Studios, a contemporary design and lighting firm in Mountain View, California. He previosly owned a sucessful restaurant in Ashkelon, Israel. He is the proud father of a young man with special needs.

Board of Directors
Vanessa Kahlon, M.A.
Ms. Kahlon has worked for over a decade with families who have developmental and learning challenges. She has experience supervising in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis programs for children on the autism spectrum, and facilitating social skills groups. She is the principal of Kahlon Family Services, and holds a master's degree in clinical psychology.

Batya Petrie Stickney, M.A.
Ms. Petrie Stickney is a licensed marriage and family therapist with 30 years experience in counseling and psychotherapy. She received a B.A. in psychology from Western Washington State University and an M.A. in psychology from Antioch University. She is a Ph.D. candidate at the University of Vienna. Ms. Petrie Stickney is the proud mother of a young man with special needs.

Kim Wendrow, Co-Founder
Ms. Wendrow has over 25 years experience in sales and marketing. She has worked as Director of Marketing for a career management firm. She is a Certified Massage Therapist and a yoga instructor. She has worked as a teacher and is the proud mother of a young man with special needs.
